Welcome to Supreme Express Cargo. By using our website and logistics services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Supreme Express Cargo provides Full Truck Load (FTL), Part Truck Load (PTL), 3PL Logistics, and Warehousing services. All services are subject to the specific agreements and contracts signed at the time of order confirmation.

2. User Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate shipping information, ensure goods are legally permissible for transport, and properly package items to withstand standard transit conditions. Supreme Express Cargo is not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging by the sender.

3. Liability and Insurance

While we ensure safe and secure transport, our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited as per standard industry transit clauses unless additional comprehensive insurance is purchased by the client prior to dispatch.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi NCR.
